Coaching

“Coaching is partnering with an individual or group in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential” International Coaching Federation (ICF) definition of coaching.

Coaching is a relationship that inspires the change that you want to see in your life. What has worked for you in the past is no longer working, and you need help finding a new path. Together we will uncover your goals, explore your strengths and opportunity areas, and co-create a path that moves you to your personal vision. The coaching we do at ILS is transformational in nature. We do not seek to simply change behaviors. We will help you uncover the ‘roots’ or beliefs that lead to your current results. We’ll compassionately explore these beliefs, their origin, and their impact in your life.

Coaching engagements typically include a 360° Assessment through The Leadership Circle, bi-weekly or monthly meetings, and homework. Coaching is for those who are motivated for change and growth. Coaching sessions are typically offered virtually, but can be scheduled in person at our office in Westerville or your location.

Training

While coaching is a 1:1 and very personally customized development tool, training is designed to give you a ‘shot in the arm’ with new skill. ILS offers a signature program called the Leadership Institute. It is a 9 month program designed to take you to the next level of effectiveness. You will meet each month with a cohort of your peers and will be paired with a coach between sessions.

We also offer training workshops that can be customized to meet the needs of your team or organization. Training can be facilitated at our office in Westerville, your location, or virtually. You can view more details of our programs below.

Consulting

Organizational systems are an invisible force that can increase or decrease performance. Our consulting will help you identify sources of reactivity in your systems and guide you towards organizational health. Solutions often include diagnostics, team workshops, and team and individual coaching which provide alignment and creativity among leadership teams.
